Primitive Trails

Two Primitive Walking Trails originate at the same point: the intersection of Lighthouse Road and Tram Road, just past the Double Bridges on the left as you are heading south towards the Lighthouse. Both are loops and return you to the point of origin. The first, Stoney Bayou Trail (orange line) is about 6.5 miles. The longer of the two, Deep Creek Trail (black line), is about 12 miles long and will take you by three impoundments: East Stoney Bayou, Stoney Bayou Pool 2 and Stoney Bayou Pool 1.
