The day started off warm and humid, with threatening showers that quickly disappeared, and temps hit the mid-80s. Butterflies showed up on Thursday Oct. 24 just in time for the festivities. 3,000 people joined us to celebrate the magnificent Monarch Butterflies.
It was a beautiful day and over $10,000 was raised to support St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge and projects like the Monarch Milkweed Initiative. As they say, ‘a good time was had by all’.
