Restrooms

Restrooms are located on Lighthouse Road about half way between the Visitor Center and the Lighthouse. Located in a permanent building, they are open even when the Visitor Center is closed.

There is a small parking lot that will accommodate a half dozen cars. There is a handicapped parking space and an ADA complaint ramp to restrooms.

Signs inside the Restrooms warn you that the water is not potable.

From the parking lot you can access the 1-mile Tower Pond Loop interpretive trail. There is also short trail that takes you to a viewing platform overlooking Headquarters Pond. If you are a birder, the hardwoods in the parking lot and just behind the restrooms attract a wide variety of passerines, especially during spring and fall migration.
